Lead the maintenance team responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of training equipment and for achieving availability, reliability, and contractual performance targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to achieve equipment availability and reliability objectives.

• Supervise the technical services team and prepare work rosters.

• Provide leadership, direction, and technical support to team members.

• Identify and resolve recurring system problems.

• Develop and maintain procedures and disseminate technical information.

• Capture and share lessons learned.

• Support recruiting, hiring, development, and performance reviews for team members.

Qualifications:

• Associate or college degree in a job-related field.

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of aircraft and simulator terminology.

• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.

• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and software-diagnostic skills.

• Fluency in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
